How does paid discovery work?

We start with a scoped brief discovery (typically 1–2 weeks): goals, venue, systems, content direction, and a build estimate. You get a clear plan before committing to production. If we proceed together, the discovery fee is credited toward the build.

Do you offer ongoing support after an event?

Yes. Many clients stay on retainer for content updates, the next activation, and continuous support—PRO EXPO is an example of a long-running partnership, not a one-off handoff.
